Torniamo sull’accordo che riguarda la produttività collettiva delle Molinette, per approfondire, a mente fredda, i termini della questione che avevamo indicato in modo sintetico il 15 settembre. Come preannunciato, nelle prossime settimane entrano nel vivo alcune delle iniziative di mobilitazione del nostro sindacato.
Un appuntamento importante sono le ore di sciopero che saranno attuate in maniera articolata fino a dicembre 2010. Inizialmente sarà interessata la prima ora di lezione per i docenti della scuola, la prima ora di attività per i docenti universitari e ricercatori, la prima ora di servizio per il personale ausiliario-tecnico-amministrativo (per la scuola, il personale impegnato nei turni pomeridiani/serali sciopera l'ultima ora di servizio).
La prima ora di sciopero sarà effettuata per tutti i comparti l'8 ottobre - inizialmente previsto per il 4 ottobre - successivamente saranno attuati scioperi ad intermittenza ogni quindici giorni.
Nota. Lo spostamento della data dello sciopero da lunedì 4 ottobre a venerdì 8 si è resa necessaria a seguito dei rilievi mossi dalla Commissione di garanzia sul diritto di sciopero (concomitante indizione di uno sciopero da parte di altra sigla sindacale).

Nel cedolino dello stipendio di settembre è stato regolarmente attribuito il passaggio di fascia retributiva (scatto) a coloro che ovviamente lo hanno maturato.
E’ una notizia positiva per i lavoratori della scuola penalizzati dal blocco dei contratti e dai tagli agli organici. La FLC CGIL sulla vicenda degli scatti di anzianità ha, da subito, messo in campo una serie di iniziative di protesta che stanno proseguendo anche in questo avvio di anno scolastico. Da fonti ufficiose del Ministero del Tesoro, infatti, abbiamo appreso che il Ministro, onde evitare di gettare ulteriore benzina sul fuoco, ha anticipato una parte del 30% di risparmi derivanti dai tagli (senza però fare alcun decreto, come prevede la manovra e senza sentire le organizzazioni sindacali).
Poiché la FLC CGIL non è interessata a sterili polemiche, ma vuole dare una informazione corretta e trasparente ai lavoratori e alle lavoratrici, vogliamo ricordare:
